This may be an "anti-mucic" film that centers on a 7th grade civil servant and a problematic rock band. Even though the director says he wanted to show that music can cause harm to the people, the passion and love for music flows throughout the film. The music effect is attractive, and the cameo appearances by some famous actors are surprising pleasures
