感恩节是美国假日中最地道、最美国式的节日，

初时感恩节没有固定日期，由各州临时决定。

直到美国独立后的1863年，林肯总统宣布感恩节为全国性节日。

1941年，美国国会正式将每年11月第四个星期四定为“感恩节”。

感恩节假期一般会从星期四持续到星期天。

很多美剧会跟随各种节日推出相关剧集，比如下面这些~

先说最经典的

第一季的时候就奠定了

这集里面一个有趣的细节是

Raj的一句话

而这也正道出了感恩节的历史由来

Raj说道:

“要是没有“印度人”提供食物

感恩节就不能称之为感恩节”

这句玩笑话要是不知道感恩节的历史

10. Buffy the Vampire Slayer（吸血鬼猎人巴菲）

"Pangs" (1999: S4, E8)

《吸血鬼猎人巴菲》是莎拉·米歇尔·盖拉主演电视剧。故事讲述：每一个时代都有一个天选之子。她独自对抗吸血鬼、恶魔和黑暗力量，她是Slayer。天选之子是世上唯一有能力猎杀吸血鬼的女孩。借助好朋友Willow和Xander以及她的守望者Giles的帮助，猎杀吸血鬼的同时，她努力的在亲情、友情和爱情中寻找平衡。

在这一集里，Angel秘密到达Sunnydale保护Buffy；Buffy想要过个完美的感恩节，Spike另这集让人难忘。

"Slapsgiving" (2007: S3, E9)

该集为耳光节slapgiving特辑，这个耳光节在第五季也继续登场。大家不会忘记在第二季robin sparkles巨星出场时barney欠了marshall5个耳光吧？而marshall打算在这个感恩节用上第三个。

该集是robin和ted分开后的首个感恩节，当时大家都倍感尴尬，robin还带了一个新男友和大伙一起过节。最后两人解开心结，决定平和做回朋友，并和大伙一起见证了slapgivig的魅力——Marshall还因此创造了一首歌曲you just got slapped。

Barney: "Please, you took out all the suspense. In a horror movie, the killer does not grab a bullhorn and announce 'Attention unsupervised teens here at the lake house: At precisely three AM, I am going to jump out of that closet right there and hack you all up with a machete. P.S. Fire is my one weakness.'"

6. New Girl（杰茜驾到）

《杰茜驾到》（New Girl，又名《房客小妹》）是一部美国情景喜剧，于美国时间2011年9月10日在福克斯广播公司（FOX）首播。

Jess: "I want to take him down to Chinatown and slice him off a piece of this pumpkin pie, okay? I want to do all the things that you do in a bedroom, with him, okay? I want to do it standing up and sitting down, and half-up and half-down, and the Wiggly One, and the Bear Attack, and the Claws-in-the-Head, and the one that the figure skaters do, and the What's For Lunch, and... the Give Me That Hat!"

5. Mad About You（我为卿狂）

值得一提的是，《我为卿狂》(Mad About You)曾荣获六次艾美大奖，收视率曾超过《欲望都市》《老友记》。这一集笑点不断，但将本集升华到另一高度的却是本来爱管闲事的亲戚们齐心协力扭转败局 - 这正是感恩精神。

该剧讲述的是主角戴克斯特·摩根白天以迈阿密警局法医身份作为掩护，黑夜降临时就去追捕罪犯的故事。这一集可以说是《嗜血判官》最精彩一季之让人印象最深的一集。

2. the West Wing（白宫风云）

"Shibboleth" (2000: S2, E8)

《白宫风云》是一部以政治为题材的美国电视连续剧，于1999年至2006年期间分七季放送播映。
